Effect: Make a skill check using the skill associated with the triggering creatures type. The DC for this check is 15 + 1/2 the creatures level. Add +1 to the DC for every 10 levels the creature has (+1 at 11. +2 at 21, +3 at 31). If you succeed on this check, you may use the power that triggered it until you use this power again.
